I just purchased my MP3s through PayPal and I can't find the links to the music.
This was most likely caused by not clicking on the "Return to Merchant" or "Return to The Weigh Down Workshop" button at the end of the PayPal purchase. If you are unable to find the links to download your MP3s, please click on "Contact Us" to the left and let us know and we can follow up to assist you with your purchase...or, if it is between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm Central Time, Monday-Friday, please call us at 1-800-844-5208 for more help.
I just downloaded my MP3s, how do I add them to my computer Media Player or my Hand-held MP3 Player?

I have a Seminar CD with MP3s on it for use with my Class. How do I get them to my computer?
- If you have a PC running Microsoft Windows and you are not automatically prompted to open up the CD when it is inserted, simply click on My Computer, find the CD Player and click on it, select the files you wish to copy and select Edit-->Copy from the top bar. Then open the folder you wish to copy the MP3 files to and select Edit-->Paste from the top bar there. For more information on copying files in Microsoft Windows, go to Windows Basics --> Working with Files and Folders under Windows Help and Support Center (Click HERE for more assistance).
- If you have a Mac running OSX, simply click on your CD icon when it appears and click and drag the MP3 files to the desired folder.
